Today's Motivation - Love

So a New Year has begun and with it comes hope.

TODAY’S MOTIVATION: LOVE

A wise person once said, “Love is deaf….you can’t just tell someone you love him. You have to show it.”

Love which is accessible to everyone is free and fulfilling. It can be shown in so many different ways and is available to everyone. As we enter 2018 let us endeavour to love more. There are many ways we can demonstrate love to our family, our friends, our neighbours and the community at large. Let us look at 7 ways in which this can be done:

1. Husbands, you can help your wives around the house with a few household chores.

2. Children you can pitch in too (you can start by making the beds).

3. Wives, your husbands’ deserve bonding time with the boys, just as you do with your girlfriends, so show some understanding in this area. After all, love is built on trust.

4. Share some cheer with the elderly, visit those who are ill and shut in. Just sitting with them and talking goes a long way.

5. Visit the hospital and bring some cheerfulness to those who are ill.

6. Students, show your teachers you appreciate them. Complete your assignments and hand it in on time.

7. Brothers and sisters help take care of your younger siblings one weekend a month so your parents can spend some quality time together.
